"Avery struck me early [on …] as a planner, which in my opinion is a great sign of professional maturity. When we began our project, she first helped me understand the capabilities and strengths of her team, in order to best utilize their skill set to create something of value for us. Once we established that a social media campaign was going to be the most productive course of action for her group's main project, they rapidly provided me with a timeline that outlined their plans for brainstorming, creation, and sending deliverables. We worked together to develop the overarching theme of the campaign, and from there her team created an 8-part comprehensive plan that they then put into action. The timeline that they had created was followed to the letter, and what few corrections needed to be made were turned around almost immediately. I have high hopes for Avery, and am confident that the work she did for our mental health non-profit will be a reflection of her future career success."
